Shipping:

We ship our products via USPS. If you need your order with expedited shipment, please give us a call.

Product Return Policy:

Product returns are honored within 14 days of shipment date. Original packaging must accompany product and product must be in like-new condition to be returned for purchase price. Please consult product packaging for installation procedures.

Call our office at 866-98-ALERT for a return authorization. Upon receipt of return, your account will be credited through PayPal within two weeks.

Product Warranties:

All product warranties are through the manufacturers, not SafetyAndMonitoring.com.

Equipment Testing and Battery Replacement:

If your product is battery operated, create reminders to test all equipment regularly and replace batteries when needed. Also, since some equipment may require charging, calendar reminders are very important in this instance for equipment to function properly.

Redundant Strategies:

Some healthcare providers recommend redundant safety strategies for dementia, brain injury or special needs patients. For example, in addition to a remote chime on the front and back doors, it may be good to also install a chain lock, that is not at eye level. This gives the caregiver a bit more time to come to the aid of the patient before they leave the home unattended.
